1. Agreement to Terms

By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Educational & Simulated Trading Purpose

Arthlytic is a simulated/paper-trading platform built strictly for educational, analytical, and risk-free strategy practice purposes.

• All balances, simulated capital, margins, and trades on Arthlytic are virtual. No real money is deposited, traded, or at risk.
• Arthlytic is not a brokerage, does not execute transactions on real stock exchanges, and does not accept client funds for investment.
• Any automated pattern alerts, signals, or institutional flow metrics are for information/research purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

3. Subscription & Payments

To access premium analytics, users must purchase a plan via our website. Subscription prices are inclusive of applicable Indian GST (18%). All payment sessions are processed through secure payment gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree). Users are responsible for supplying their correct account email during checkout to ensure instant plan activation.

4. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login keys, and OTPs. Any actions performed under your account are your sole responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately at support@arthlytic.com in case of any unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technologies, including the 8-Layer Confluence Engine, Arthlytic IQ algorithms, custom option chain cockpit designs, and signals are the exclusive property of Arthlytic Technology Systems. Unauthorized copying, crawling, or redistribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arthlytic Technology Systems Private Limited, its directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential financial losses incurred by users trading in real markets based on analytical data, signals, or indicators provided by the platform. Stock market investments are subject to market risks.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
